settlement was for 2.4m i wonder how much of that goes to the small investors like me I think i had 250,000 shares buying from 0.13- 0.03 cents

Hello Bridgemark, I was involved with a similar scam called Heartllink Canada 1999. The ownwer/promoter named Bob Boldock pumped the company for all it was worth, good honest investors lost thousands. Then through deliberate fraud/neglect let the company delist. I feel your (our) pain but will not have a happy ending unfortunitly. retail investors are the very bottom of the stakeholders.
