Quite a mis-match in the investment time horizon
The senior officers of the company hold a large chunk (majority) of the shares. They have more at stake here that all of the posters on this board. They are trying to build a company. To do that they are investing their finacial capital, as well as their intellectual capital in order to generate very large returns...step by step.
Clearly that is not good enough for some. Fair enough, they should move on. Perhaps they're momentum traders...nothing wrong with that, except that kind of investing does not match the investment time horizon of the majority owners/senior officers/developers. Pretty simple.
The stakes here are very, very high. There are a lot of competing companies trying to build what will become the future backbone of the crypto-currency network. These guys want to get it right. If they don't, they stand to lose a lot more than the posters on this board. If they succeed, the rewards will be substantial.
