Baillie Gifford US Growth Trust plc is a United Kingdom-based investment company. The Company’s investment objective is to produce long-term capital growth. The Company seeks to invest predominantly in listed and unlisted United States companies. The Company invests in holdings in listed securities and private companies up to a combined maximum of about 90 companies or funds, typically with 30 or more listed security holdings. The maximum amount which may be invested in companies not listed on a public market shall not exceed 50% of total assets (measured at the time of purchase). The maximum direct investment in any one company or fund is limited to 10%. DRILLERS

apparently arrived for work at job site and were told they were not allowed on property. This could mean a lot of things but it would make one wonder exactly what is going on. Best be ready to pull the trigger if this is not explained soon to the investors of this company. I would email them but there will be no answer but figured I would take the time to post here so as to update people what has happened that I have heard. If there is anymore news I will post it here tomorrow.
