Private Placement

The private placement closed relatively quickly and three insiders consumed a substantial amount of the shares.  I would view this as optimistic despite our share dilution.

For interested parties it is important: The share price must stay down to scare off small investors and encourage them to sell their shares.... in the event of a takeover that is expected soon.

Tremendous upside here.  Should the catalyst happen, CODELCO is THE catalyst, the SP will be forced to play catch up.

I anticipate a signed deal with CODELCO end of January at the earliest but would most certainly accept a Christmas gift pre-2021.  I'm thinking of buying more.
