My main concern is how do we close the valuation gap with LPI? So we will be on an equal footing with them.

Easiest thing to merge would be merging into LPI, keep listing on TSX-V, renaming BRZ to LPI.
This way LPI share price would be a benchmark, number of shares increased, cap double, all on pre-trade. 
When trading resumed, market will take care of the rest. 

Wost case scenario for BRZ is selling shares to LPI, not excanging it. The premium would be too small.

There are two other Maricunga players, but they are not very interesting, SQM won't give a good price. CODELCO - government, too much negotiation power.

For now, let see what Mitsui will tell us. That could be a true game changer.
