I think it is make sense to hold no matter what, unless you are risk averse investor (but in this case BRZ could be too risky for such type).
In few days it should go up to erase the discount. Then, we will have an upredictible period, because it is impossible to predict investors' intentions. There could be a lot of investors who expect 30% up on the merge (one of the most significant positive event in company's history), but if it is stagnate, the speculators will exit with loss (for them and s/p reduction for us).
Or it can go other way around. New investors with $ are waiting for this event seeing it as de-risking.

I expect that something big will happen, but during 6 month and not necessary sale, financing or JV with Big Guy is possible.
I would prefer tiger's idea, but of course for the right price.

At least, soon, we will have some $ transferred from BRZ to pay for Holidays.
