Wow, so Bushnell has been wanting a reverse merger for a while then...

As soon as this deal was cancelled, he went and acquired Global Blockchain in the reverse merger we all now know resulted in the name change.

Make no mistake about it...X2 Games Bought Global Blockchain and agreed to let the former CEO spin out the shares in the mining interests.

This is now Nolan Bushnell's company (and ours, by virtue of owning shares). But, regardless, Bushnell and Zai Ortiz are now running the show here.
