Spin out date will be announced in near future so if you had 1000 shares in BLOC on Dec 04/2018 you will receive 1000 shares of the spin out which will also have a new name .Global Blockchain Corporation name is toast .

Yes, good point. I was doing number comparisons. If one had owned, say, 10,000 shares of BLOC on Dec. 4th, they would get 10,000 shares of the spinout as well...however, they would have paid AT LEAST 0.057 per share for BLOC, since that was the price on that day.

If they had bought BLOC earlier, like in Sept. or even back in May, they would have paid either 0.16 or 0.40, respectively.

So, my question is: Is it better to have bought 10,000 shares of BLOC by Dec. 4 and have paid $570.00 for those shares, which got you 10,000 shares of the spinout...OR...to buy BLOC right NOW at 0.02 for $200 without the spinout.

I'l take the shares at 0.02 with no spinout shares myself....I guess one day those spinout shares could be worth a lot, but I like X2 Games chances a lot more...
