RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Whats the benefit Good observation I think Shidan Gouran often just says a lot of stuff which doesn't get done . I remember one press release way back mentioning an MJ  another e-sport outfit acquisitions .Those of course never materialized . He is a part of a team and that would have to be consensual including shareholders . Also importantly that doesn't mean the shareholders wouldn't benefit if that happened right ? He just didnt say that likely taking it for granted that it is understood . You just can't take a chunk of a publicly traded   company and turn it private . I think he just starts to babble at that point . Besides can you imagine the uproar from the investors ?? I did not hold shares of BLOC on Dec.4 / 2018 as I decided to dump them before that so I am not entitled to the spinout but as a mentioned I will be keeping a close eye on that one as I do think there are some interesting projects in the making .
