Quick Explanation of Reverse Mergers if Interested

A Reverse Merger is when a Private company with assets wants to be a public company without all the hassles of an IPO, so they find a Public Company with No assets and allow the public company to "buy" them.

In reality, the Private company is taking over the public company. In this case X2 Games took over control of Global Blockchain and changed the name to Global Gaming Technologies Corp.

Conngrats Folks... You are now owners of the new company founded by the founder of Atari.

With sales of more than 30 million over a span of three decades, the Atari 2600 became one of the most popular gaming systems in history. Hope that magic continues with X2 games .Thanks for posting the interview which provides good insight into his(Bushnell's) business accumen .

I feel like Blade Runner! But seriously, there needs to be market interest - i.e. people that want to buy shares - for the share price to move. Grammar and stuff ha ? Not the investment part ? Oh that must be "THE STUFF". Naaw its ok keep me blocked like half of the CYX board has , keeping their heads in the sand because I called the stock a dud months ago and called out the CEO .
