Curious if the new company is using a block chain based operating system that could give them the advantage over current competing companies in the space. Gouran had been talking about the digital wallet that X2 had been developing, and wondering if this is the product he was referred to in his many interviews?
This acquisition would explain the 67% price move in the market the other day from .021 up to .034 for the high.
Buy on the rumor, and tomorrow we will see if there is selling which wouldn’t surprise me to see.
While I believe it could be a fantastic opportunity long term, the market likes to play with the investors and shake out the short term traders or weaker longs. Also a huge number of shares issued and being used as currency.
Both the X2 and now the esports transaction were completed with stock and no cash, so I am also curious about the cash position for the operating of the new entity? They are going to require some source of funding.
To reduce the massive share count, they may opt to consider a reverse stock split of maybe 5 to 1, or even 10 to 1 if they continue on their shopping spree using their stock as currency.
A billion shares at a 10 to 1 would get the outstanding shares down to 100 million, 5 to 1 the count would drop to 500 million . Share price moves up in direct correlation to the number of shares being taken out of circulation.
These are issues that can be addressed a little later and now they can focus on integration of the new company and the upcoming roll out of St. Noire and Treasure Island!
Bushnell, not your traditional CEO but more like a visionary thinker not afraid to take calculated risks in new markets after carefully analyzing what they are going after....
I wish the guy the best of luck and supporting the mission with my long position! Certainly the revenue prospects look like they are going to develop much faster than the core assets of the previous holdings of the old BLOC company post merger!,
It should be an interesting day tomorrow, heck could be an interesting year for that matter!
