Global Gaming Technologies Announces Declaration of Dividend in Kind
Vancouver, BC, APRIL 30, 2019 — GLOBAL GAMING TECHNOLOGIES CORP. (CSE: GGAM.U) (FSE: BWSP) (OTC: BLKCF) ("GGAM", or the "Company") is pleased to announce that all shareholders as of December 4, 2018, are entitled to receive consideration as a result of the disposition of certain assets from the Company to Global Blockchain Mining Corp. (“FORK”) (see our news release dated April 4, 2019 for further details). As a result of the disposition, each shareholder as of December 4, 2018, will receive 6.0703 common shares of FORK for every 1 share they held of the Company (on a post-consolidated basis).
