$BLMH launches Private Placement
$BLMH launches Private Placement Bloom Health Partners Inc. ($BLMH.C $BLMHF) closed up 6.5% today on the CSE
Yesterday the occupational health company announced that it is launching a non-brokered private placement offering for gross proceeds of up to $2M. The PP is expected to close on the 22nd of June.
Personally, I think this is a good move for $BLMH as it will give the company the capital it needs to keep expanding it's business and meet customers' pandemic and non-pandemic related health needs.
