BLMH up 8% w/ closing of PP for $1.58M!
BLMH up 8% w/ closing of PP for $1.58M! Bloom Health ($BLMH.c $BLMHF) up 8% the day after closing the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of $1.58M!
The first tranche was closed for $1.03M and the second tranche was closed for gross proceeds of $554,000! The net proceeds of the offering will be used by BLMH for ongoing working capital and corporate development.
It's great that BLMH is cashed up and ready to go as we head into the second half of 2022 - I'm eager to see the Q3 financials given the significance of Q2 which showed a 92.1% increase in revenue from the previous quarter to $11.1M.
