I have lodged my complaint against Bloom Health Partners for the reasons stated in my previous post.
If you feel as strongly as I do about the lack of disclosure, we, as investors recieved from the company, and the strong possibility that fraud was committed, please make your own complaint. The form is easy to complete and email to the BCSC. Go to their website and you'll find the form. Fill out the form and email it back to them. They will issue you a file number for your complaint. The more investors who lodge a complaint, the more seriously the our accusations will be taken by the commission.
