$BLMH $2M PP (Selling warrants for $0.30/share)
Bloom Health Partners Inc. ($BLMH.C $BLMHF) recently announced that it is launching a $2M private placement that is expected to close on or around the 22nd.
$BLMH will be selling units for $0.20/unit and they will consist of one common share and half of a warrant to buy a share in the future for $0.30.
IMO this PP will be good for $BLMH and shareholders in the longrun as it will give the company the capital it needs to keep up with the changing health demands from covid as well as prepare for the post-covid landscape of the occupational health sector.
