SKYSONA is used to slow the progression of neurologic dysfunction in boys 4-17 years of age with early, active cerebral adrenoleukodystrophy (CALD). LYFGENIA was approved by the FDA for the treatment of patients 12 years of age or older with sickle cell disease (SCD) and a history of vaso-occlusive events (VOEs). It is focused on pursuing curative gene therapies.
