QUESTION: DO they have enough money to go another project?

OK, 9 MILLION on hand, AUVEN GIVES THEM 70 MILLION TO DEVELOP PHASE 3,
SO THEY MUST NEED OVER 100 MILLION TO DO ANOTHER PHASE 2 AND 3 PROJECT RIGHT??? WILL THIS MONEY COME FROM? PARTERNERS?

THE GOOD THING IS AT 2014 THEY SAID THEY HAVE 13 MILLION ON HAND, AND NOW ONLY 4 MILLION LOSS AT THIS F DRUG
