Response from Spiro.

Response from Spiro.
All:  Here is the information I received to my query.  Because Mr Kletas formulated a point by point response to my questions, NOT consolidating the information would have resulted in a very disjointed post.  So I have reorganized his answer by topic association.  I have only removed “superfluous comment” not germane to the discussion and those items he did not have a clear answer for (ie current stockpile volume).  So, without further ado, here is the core of his response…

The Board and Management have a responsibility to the shareholders (of which all of the directors do hold a stake in the company) to do anything and everything in our power to run a successful company.  While we are all interested in the share price (as shareholders), many people forget that we are trying to run a business as well and not just increase the value of the shares.  We believe that the Company needs to be very careful with shareholder dollars, especially given the state of the financial markets.

We are attending the Cambridge House Investment conference this weekend (Booth 217).  During the show, I have lined up 4 interviews with various financial media outlets to update the financial community on our progress.  We are working on multiple other IR/PR initiatives…please stay tuned.  We are not pleased with the share price either but we ARE working on initiatives to get the story out more and hope to have significant news to report to the market in the future.  We run a small, tight ship…we are trying to do as much IR as possible.

The Company’s goal is to be the first TSXv graphite junior to achieve flake AND amorphous graphite production in North America.  The Management and Directors of Big North Graphite realize the importance of offtakes in the industrial minerals space and we are working towards securing long-term offtakes for the Company. Should the company secure long-term offtakes, we would inform the market and shareholders via a news release.  This takes some time.

The Management and Directors of Big North Graphite Corp are VERY excited about the company and the prospects for the Company moving forward.  We are very pleased with the El Tejon acquisition and the potential that the El Tejon represents for the Company moving forward.  The El Tejon mine produces FLAKE graphite.  We are committed to Big North and have a long-term vision and game plan for the Company moving forward. We believe in building a successful long-term business for the shareholders and believe that the share price will eventually properly reflect the company's progress.

…but would like to see some movement for my loyalty.
I appreciate your loyalty and (of course) we would all like to see a higher share price.  We, as directors, need to be very careful with disclosure including "forward looking statements".  We cannot say anything that we want and classify it as a "forward looking statement".  We can get in a lot of trouble for making comments to the market without proper support (NI43-101 etc).  There are rules that we need to follow.

Big North is in a unique spot.  We believe that the Company's portfolio of projects is extraordinary and allow the company the potential of becoming one of the first TSXv graphite companies to produce and sell amorphous AND flake graphite.  Our Mexican acquisitions are all past producers that allow for relatively quick and relatively low-cost re-starts.

Whether you hold 1 share or 10 million shares, you are a shareholder and you are important to me.  Also, this is your money invested and that is important….I have been in your shoes as well.  In fact, I have my OWN money invested in this as well.  It is VERY important to me.  This is the only company that I am working on.  I do realize what you are saying and can only hope that you trust the fact that we are working on getting the word out.  Also…successful PR/IR can only be anchored to positive developments….these take time to achieve.  Please stay tuned for further updates from the Company.

All shareholders are welcome to call or email should they have any questions.
