Ya, it's time to let your voice be heard when voting.
My vote is against the option plan, because they are not looking out for us
My vote is against Share Consolidation, because it's never good for the shareholder.
My vote is against shares for debt to Spiro Kletas THE non-performer
Therefore also withhold vote for Spiro Kletas
Let the directors run the company they may have more brain matter.
