The owner of the rafinery is full of debts... They need money...I think they became greedy and once they figure out they won't be able to sell it to anybody else, once they see all the litigation cost for them (which they probably can't afford) they will come back with their tails between their legs!

We will probably end up getting it back for even cheaper the what we would have pay for it!

relax and take benefits of these weakness...with the rafinery, this was worth north of 0,50$.... It will be beack there soon enough you will see!
