I thought you said you had sold your shares already. How many do you have left?

The vote may require 60% or even 2/3 of the voters to accept the merge. If so then the shareholders need a very good reason to vote in favour.

If the offer is not a good one, big shareholders also will also see the leverage of keeping CSK profitably independent.

CSK can easily operate as an independent if necessary while it makes that lawsuit a success.

We have lots of time to let CSK payoff. The rising cobalt metal price will lift us along with it especially if we mill some concentrate this year.

These are events worth waiting for if a very nice offer does not come.
