I was t sure if the bill of sale and property transfer had been completed or not. I haven't been down there since march, so I can't really give you guys a solid answer on the refinery. I haven't really even given that place a second thought since the equator fiasco. Frank do you if the transaction has been finalized and the deed is now in CO1 name?
