1] News on the Brock and Anderson well should be out in the next few weeks. Delays caused by XTO.
2]They are trying to secure a bank loan[ or access to their current line of credit of $75 million]
3] A new reserve report should be out in March. This will help secure financing
4] NO dilution 
5] With new financing they can provide new drilling report.

Does that sum it up?
