Theyve been in preservation mode ever since their strategic review fell flat.On the positive side,if there is such a thing,is that they moved in that direction before most other company's.
What's ironic is everyone wanted a correction ,and now that it's here people are panicking.I find that actually idiotic.
I'm buying shortly more Canadian oil..Suncor, CNQ...These company's will survive,despite BNNs so called experts.
Small company's like the US shale plays will not.Ive said a few times that the US is always great at blowing it's own horn..and its shale plays are a great example.
That doesn't bode well for BKX...but we knew that.Otherwise the strategic review would have worked.Carbonbull bought at 7 cents because he couldn't help himself...well he's down big time today too.
We can talk all we want ..it's all speculation.Facts are facts.
Sentiment for any American fracking oilfield is zero.Debt levels are sky high with no banks willing to lend money.Oil is so volatile it scares any investor away.
If BKX survives these prices ..then management deserves genius designation.
But I sincerely doubt that it will happen.Ive actually written this company off as a tax loss.
