CDN regulators are too busy with feet on desk eating bon bons during extended coffee breaks admiring their handsom pension statements, to give a ratszasz.
Partial Solutions:
~ Ban HFTraders
~ Bring back the uptick rule for Shorts
~ Get serious about real penalties for naked shorting
~ Get rid of bought deal financing so shorters can't cover with their bought deals
