I sold out because:
production declines, purchases of property that can’t be developed, $200 million debt due in2020,debt covenents that can’t be met,dividend cut to zero out of the blue,revenues from gas sales way below peers, no debt reduction,inability to produce in cold weather,pipelines that won’t be built for at least years,possible demand reduction if economy falters,possible reverse split if debt is addressed sorry when debt is addressed,and remember that management can always get the same percentage of stock once the shareholders are out.see bxe
