BP is good, but RIG is better

BP is good, but RIG is betterThe government hates BP right now and is holding them completely liable. They're putting pressure on BP to cut their dividend also. Read the BP and RIG articles on The Markets Are Open for a clear explanantion. The downside is minimal of RIG but the upside could be massive. They have clauses which keep their liabilities limited, and they may even be paying a dividend.
