BLACK PANTHER ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO ITS BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Ronald Coombes (former president and director) has voluntarily resigned from his position with Black Panther Mining Corp. Black Panther wishes to thank Mr. Coombes for his significant contributions to the company over a number of years.

In connection with the above, Douglas Mason, chief executive officer, will take over the position and duties of the company's president as the company continues its focus of acquiring, exploring and developing mineral resource exploration properties of merit.
