Ambarii Trade Corporation ("Ambarii") has entered into a LOI with Naturally Splendid Enterprises Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: NSP) ("Naturally Splendid") for the production, sale and distribution of Ambarii's proprietary sublingual full spectrum hemp CBD tablets ("Ambarii CBD Tablets") in Japan and South Korea. Now from what I could tell from NSP's website they make mostly bulk wholesale products and edibles items. It would only make sense to tap CIP for the production of the sublingual full spectrum hemp CBD tablets.
