GOOD MANAGEMENT VS GOOD PROPERTY Doug Casey was asked on BNN if you had to chose which would you take?HE IMMEDIATELY CHOOSE GOOD MANAGEMENT saying a good property may lay wasting while a good management will always eventually find a good property.
BRALONE has had a poor reputation for years because of poor management.5-6 years ago I was made to believe that had changed. NOT SO! !
Well you have a good property and a good balance sheet and still perform extremely poorly what else could it be but poor management.I
