I believe ex-div plus no more tender supporting it, it will crater for a few days/weeks, but it will be short lived.  The more it goes down, the more a second tender may come

I am a proud owner of BPYU and prefered Y,XT,E series as well BPYUP prefered. What is the argument for owning the MLP? I have a hard time justifying the headache for the K1 nightmare.
