Not one project will be cancelled as they get free oil (fine a massive 1% royalty) until ALL of their costs to build, run and maintain their projects are recovered. A sweetheart deal of the highest order and they know it. They count on a bunch of uninformed nervous little girls becoming afraid when they make their ridiculous threats and by the looks of things there are enough around. This game has been played many times before, most recently by Williams in NFLD. and every time they come crawling back because the deal is a sound one and they can make huge amounts of money off of it. PCA just reaffirmed their committment to Fort Hills and even though CNQ whined they also admitted that Horizon keeps moving no matter what. Show some nerve, do some homework and watch as there is no noticable change in oilsand activity in Alberta.
