I tend to agree with you. 

The most recent MDA opened with the statement about whether or not the company had the resources to remain a going concern. 

For years management has inferred they were close to a deal on other proteins and nothing yet on that front. 

It's clear they can't find a partner to take over the Merit plant.  

But the real issue is that they have been unsuccessful since signing the ADM partnership in 2009 to get any large CPG company to adopt any of their proteins.  14 years and no takers for the product(s).  Is price or quality or both the issue?

I'll be sad if this company goes down.  I've held it for over 23 years!!!
