What do you think of this announcement? They own 10%+ shares. Takeover? Fix  the company? Stupid investor? any suggestions?

I think all this should mean to us is that there is still life in this company and we just need to give it more time. Its a big vote of confidence to see someone buying a large amount of shares on the open market. With a new CEO as well, I would at least wait to see what the next quarter or two brings before you consider selling. I'm in at $1.35/share and have been holding for a long time. The ...more

You say "the share price has gone down on no real change"; the change of CEO is a big change and the confirmation that there is no growth, no profitability is a big change. Also, the company spent all its cash buying back its stock and now they have no cash left for acquisitions.

It's about perspective here. What i see in the last few quarterly results basically shows the company has been pretty stagnant for the last year when they should be excelling. The CEO change is big, and generally comes with some negativity but I see it as a potential catalyst to get things back on track.
