Buybacks
The total for October was almost 78k. all < $14 U.S. It appears that another ~102k was bought on Oct.31 @ $14.05 U.S. Of course all have been cancelled and reduce the unit count for the benefit of existing unit holders. Cash is obviously available to complete purchases.

# of units were further reduced by 499k as a result of the issuer bid. All were <$14 U.S. in Nov.. The CEO also laid out > $40k. U.S. to buy units for his account. Eating his own cooking!

Started a position in US at $13.40 today, had this on watch a while now and they are sitting pretty w huge disc to NAV and US apt bldgs the best part of the r/e market where trades are still active and strong. Bea
