John Bailey also owns directly and indirectly, Class B Units which puts his ownership to ~20% of BSR. If the true value does not surface soon, He may decide to privatize the company at these depressed prices. As the former CEO, he would know the future value embedded.

He recently purchased another $317K U.S. worth. Clearly he sees the value embedded here and is acting accordingly. This is getting interesting as it moves up!
