CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT

I would like to sue Horizons. Class Action in numbers. I called the Ontario Securities Commission and they are actually investigating the maker of Horizons for that HVI incident. If a negative press release on Horizons HVI incident is the verdict... we all could have a case to sue. Keep an eye out for press releases. Also for the US symbols for that vix inverse. A lawyer would jump on a class action just off commission alone. No upfront cash. Does anyone have any good lawyers. Let's get some names gathered. Also... in the meantime... anyone have any good stock picks to help recoup this loss?

These ETF's are for professional traders and algo's. I genuinely do feel bad for anyone who got burned by this crash, but chances are people who got burned never should have been using these investment vehicles. I wish you all the best but I highly doubt a lawyer would take this on as a class action lawsuit. Their first question would be "Did you read the prospectus?" Your answer ...more

Hi richy rich. Did you make any progress with the lawsuit?  I lost several hundred $k on hvi - couldn’t get out due to overnight exposure.  Let me know if you are pursuing... thx Gary
