CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT
I would like to sue Horizons. Class Action in numbers. I called the Ontario Securities Commission and they are actually investigating the maker of Horizons for that HVI incident. If a negative press release on Horizons HVI incident is the verdict... we all could have a case to sue. Keep an eye out for press releases. Also for the US symbols for that vix inverse. A lawyer would jump on a class action just off commission alone. No upfront cash. Does anyone have any good lawyers. Let's get some names gathered. Also... in the meantime... anyone have any good stock picks to help recoup this loss?
