That would definitely help.  It is initially going to be the brokerages that begin to inform a previously uninformed US investing community....and convince them to invest.  Without it the pps will depend on the few who can see this "new" stock and figure out it will go higher down the road, esp with high nat gas prices, and determine that it is good for the pps seeing a company focus on liquids that will build in the future.

  Otherwise, it's going to be up to the major stakeholders who brought this pps up to a point where it qualified for NYSE listing to keep buying to keep it above $4.

I'm thinking that if we break even on the share price for the next  week we are doing good.   Gotta give it time .
