 Buy and hold what I consider good companies has been the only method that works for me.  I start by deciding how much money I really need to live on, and consider the rest to be hypothetical.

BXEs story has several more years to run before we know how big this company can be.

No one can help you on your angst.

But we all have experienced it.  Just don't off yourself, as I know some have done over the years.
