If i had the privilege of reviewing all the economics of the prospect and had the opportunity to review a company that has operationally been hitting all its targets. I could spend some money and own a small portion of the interest in some wells or maybe i would just step up and take out the entire company.

My concern would be about the management jumping ship if i took over this company, It looks like they have the assets and a plan to move much higher, my concern is that the president may not want to stay around forever.

A nice clean asset with good growth, track record and capitally constrained. Who would not want to buy this asset?

My gut feeling is there may be something bigger in the works. Really industry economics are depress by the transmission environment, with the keystone that may encourage a lot of people to invest in the future,
