costsWhy does a liter of gas cost $1.35 in southern BC? I believe the refiners have quietly taken all of us out for a good old fashion shafting...somebody is making a huge windfall here. BXE needs to get out of the production game and into the refining business. Hell, I could make money if I got a barrel of crude for nothing and charged $1.35 a liter.
