Grafton isn't a 10% owner so I don't think a SEDI report is necessary. And as long as the JV isn't doing anything he wouldn't have any information that could be material. If Grafton is the seller then I'm pretty sure management isn't to happy with him right now. Management should have insisted on a minimum hold period. It looks like the other 8,000,000 is being sold over the last few days through various brokers. The pressure on the stock continues. That may end if we can see a decent bank line redetermination and a sizable non core asset sale.
