Condor, you have been right about waiting to buy BXE. However I think that you are wrong in saying that they will delist from the NYSE, it is to valuable to give up with a lot of US investors. Instead we are very likely going to see a reverse stock split. The reverse stock split news is probably already built into the stock price.
Personally I would like to see management replaced, they have done a very poor job for shareholders. I will vote no to the current slate of directors at the AGM this spring (not sure of exact date)
