RE:How many shares

RE:How many sharesThis will happen more often than ever here. Now that BXE Management is converting the debt into Common Shares at all time lows the lenders have tasted the blood. They will try to keep the stock price low to get future conversions at cheaper SPs. Also, more shares into the market now and hence with every small bounce the biggies will come and short it.
BXE Management has taken us SH into a death spiral. It will go down and down with time as it has done in the past.

IMO, The only way SH can benefit is if BXE gets sold out. I have heard BXE has about $1.2B in tax credits which could be another benefit to the buyer.
