The reason for the halt.
Was to clarify that the debentures would be trading FLAT ( without accrued interest) now and in the future as no interest is anticipated to be paid in the future . The company failed to pay the March 31 interest due on this bond and presumably that was a factor in determining the % age of shares these debentureholders would get that was presumably negotiated with the Polar Hedge Fund et. al. a large holder of this issue. The company was remiss in not clarifying this with exchange once they determined no further interest would be paid.
