This Management Requires Serious Dd

It would seem BYV management have run other companies MPH, SYH, ABN & CYP etc.

Many shareholders lost lots of money while those on the inside seemed to have squeezed as much as the could make with bonus warrant sales and many shares they voted for themselves. Do your Dd and you will probably draw the same conclusion as many other regular shareholders that management and placement participants are the only ones who may make some money while the average retailor will be squeezed out and remain bag holders as is the case of M PS , MPH VENTURES. Go toMPS  bullboard and scroll down and read a few pages to see what this team is all about. Read a few pages of v.abn. Good Luck, You are going to need it!!

A while back after reading an article about MPH VENTURES (MPS) I called management who are the same as BYV and they pumped me as to what they would be doing in the near and far future to raise the SP significantly. After they got my money all the timeline promises went out the window and here I am left as a bagholder. Check out all the other companies run by this management and you will see the ...more

SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS !! Hopefully they learned from there mistakes and grow from here. The core results speak for themselves . These are very high grade results and on strike with Rainy River Due your homework this stock is waiting to explode IMO and I would rather be on the plane then on the side line . When the 43-101 comes out in the near future I expect it to be huge . 7 meters of 60 grs AU and ...more

I think there are more reasons to believe in a positive end result here than what many might think.   It's a tough business finding and building mines.   In this case you won't have to build a mine you just have to give someone else a good reason to pay you top dollar.   Just my 2 cents. Watch for more positive news from Rainy River area soon.imho

I am with the last two posts!  If this property had only poor grades showing, that would be one thing, but they have some great holes and that is just what they have found so far.  They have only been drilling for a few years and look what they have found.  Rainy's property has had someone drilling for around 20 years and their original property where they have found most of ...more

This ain't rocket science. Just keep doing what they have been doing and they will get good value for this property soon enough.

HA HA HA HA HA!  YOU PUMPERS ARE GREAT!!! YOUR 40 ACRE FARM WILL ONLY MAKE MONEY FOR THE BEST PUMP AND DUMP MANAGEMENT IN THE VENTURE MARKET. THEY ARE GOING TO SQUEEZE THE BYV BAGHOLDERS                             FOR ALL THEY CAN GET. YOU CAN'T ...more

You would love for all the burnt bagholding shareholders caused by this management to go away and disappear. We will INDEED go away, when management resigns or their companies go out of business. I respect your right to keep PUMPING AWAY. Respect our right to warn innocent investors to do the proper DD on management. Scroll through the boards of their other companies, MPS, CYP, ABN and then decide ...more

If there are some that have an issue with management then management must take ownership of that fact. Putting the management issue aside for a moment and looking at the merits of this property one must accept that the drills are proving that this property has value and that value should be realized at some point in the not too distant future.   Lets hope that management can extract the most ...more

Keep this in Mind. There are a number of other companies extremely active in the area and their expected successes will add fuel to the fire here.   RRR will have to respond here soon and management is building the fire under their butts.imho   let those drills keep drilling. that all they have to do.

Keep this in mind; drilling C"'block will be started in januari. There's a lot of value to add.

Bayfield's 40 acres is not even a pimple on RR's butt. RR with millions of oz's of gold already indicated in a N43-101 report is only priced at over 8.00 a share. Why should they  give this pimple any consideration when they haven't even come out with a resource estimate. Even when they will you can bet RR won't call an emergency meeting. Maybe Mr. Douglas and Arnold the ...more

It's going to be very very difficult for RR to get all those oz's if BYV's land is in the way.  The open pit mine will need to include BYV's land, or they'll leave a lot of oz's in the ground.   Also, C block is now being drilled and hasn't been before, and C block is larger then Burns block.  So, if they hit something big there too, RR will definitely ...more

I have to disagree with the last poster's outlook for the BYV property. Yes the property may be small in relation to RR total land package but in this case it is about...location...location...location. They are not even in the back yard.. They are sitting on their laps for crying out loud. If you want a backyard play. check out the expected news from KBG later in week. (possibility) They might ...more

Just one question to you kingyahoo, do you know how many ounces they have found in only 40 acres? Just let me know.
Comment by johnnyx on Jan 16, 2012 3:28pm
Just as a clarification...kingyahoo keeps mentioning 40 acres.  That's incorrect...so how much stock should anyone put in his comments if he doesn't know all the facts? BYV indeed is sitting on the edge of Rainy and Rainy has a lot of overburden to remove to get to their ore body...not so with BYV.
Comment by dutchy31 on Apr 03, 2012 9:43am
You know it yourself, this is all frustration. I will tell you otherwise; this stock will become a tenbagger!

dutchy31 I love optomism.    BUT Rainy River is now trading at $5.92       They have: (1) N43-101  5.72 million measured and indicated OZ. of GOLD  (2) 26000 Hectares of land. Bayfield trading  .51           (1) NO, 0,  Measured or indicated OZ. of GOLD. (2) 40 acres of land 10 BAGGER means BYV wuld have to prove up 6 ...more

You make a powerful case for RR...hyping up their 26000 hectares of land. Very good, but if the facts be known they were diamond drilling for years on a 160 acre parcel of land right across the road from Bayfield's Burns Block which you incorrectly state is a 40 acre parcel when in actuality is an 80 acre parcel. How much of Rainy's measured and indicated oz. of Gold is found in that 160 ...more

I totally agree on you johnnyx.  Some other points are; 1) shares outstanding RR 88 million, BYV 64 million 2) RR SP 5,92 some months ago it was > 10.00, I think today's SP is way undervalued at current goldprice > 1.600,00 an ounce 3) for RR it is essential to add these acres to there portfolio. To do so they will have to pay more.
