$6.45 million is for the whiole project development.
NYPA's committment is for $2.5 million provided Zinc8 meets certain milestones.
The remaining $3.95 million is on Zinc8. They will need another round of financing or exercising the cheap warrants to fund this project.

The whole deal even if Zinc8 meets all the milestones does not add anything to the bottom line.
In other words there will be no revenue for at least 3 to 5 years. ZERO, NADA.

There are hundreds of better performing companies out there now, going for real cheap.
