Abound Energy Inc C.ABND

Alternate Symbol(s):  ZAIRF

Abound Energy Inc, formerly Zinc8 Energy Solutions Inc, specialize in providing energy storage solutions. The Company’s Zaeras Flow Battery technology uses zinc-air chemistry to store and deliver electricity on demand. It is utilizing its Zaeras technology, whether deployed independently or as a facilitative technology, presents opportunities for achieving peak demand reduction, capitalizing on time-of-use arbitrage, engaging in value stacking programs, and entering the distributed long-duration energy storage domain. Zaeras is distinctive in its inherent absence of fire or explosion hazards, sustained capacity preservation over its extensive lifecycle, and its versatility in independently managing charge and discharge operations. Zaeras energy storage capacity is solely dictated by the dimensions of the zinc storage tank. This characteristic yields a scalable solution, offering an alternative to the fixed power-to-energy ratio constraints associated with lithium-ion batteries.

RE:RE:What I am looking for from this management are:Hdawgz1/Nineply/Aiminem, you like it or not because your 8.88 million short position, it will come, and you will go bankruptcy.

Being able to produce cathodes demonstrate that Zinc8 ahs been able to produce the Zinc-air battery, because theis cathodes is unic, you can not buy it anywhere other than Zinc8, all rest material for the Zincair battery can be obtained in the open market.

squeeze is coming. some cost is needed to trigger the squeeze as seen in zimtu action.
          1)    Conaccord sold 1.862 million to PI (short holder)and Haywood (long holder) at $0.16 after hours on July 23, 2020.
          2)    Zimtu sold 1.862 million at $0.16 on July 24, 2020, but the market data including ATS showed there were only total 587199 shares traded, that means, Zimtu shares directly went through clearing house.
          3)    Then if you looked the trading activity of Canaccord on July 24th and 27th, you would notice Canaccord should be really active after July 23rd but very quiet.
So the interesting question is, who bought Zimtu shares? According history of Zinc8 has been associated with, Canaccord was one of  Zinc8 financiers, I have a very good guess, who the buyer was.
Let me say this way, Hdawgz1/Nineply/Aiminem lost 2 of his shorting buddies. Some of his ex-shorting-buddies will stab him in his back. Squeeze will start soon.

To break up the group of the shorters, this cost is needed. Canaccord was mad due to Zinc8 gave chance of $0.11 share to Zimtu, not to Cananccord, they both were financiers. So to my view that was Zinc8's fault, everyone should treat their buddies equally. Canaccord went to short, so to pull them back, definitely needs shares they want. simple and straight.
