Stock is a farward looking creature, the potential a stock holds determine its value. it is not GIC. you are mismatching thing up.
1ST project will be installed before the end of the year
2 more project (NYPA and NYSERDA projects)  will be running in early 2022 and generate cash flow from those. by then, I estimate, $10.00/share is rreachable.
